2. Our Products

Each collectible card (“File”) is a limited-edition, printed-to-order item. Images and descriptions on our website are illustrative; slight colour or finish variations may occur.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are accepted once full payment is received through our secure checkout (Stripe / PayPal / card payment).
You will receive an automatic order-confirmation email after checkout; this email acknowledges, but does not guarantee, availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and issue a full refund if an error occurs.

4. Pre-Orders & Production Time

All Files are produced to order. Estimated production and fulfilment time is 6–8 weeks from the close of each preorder unless otherwise stated.
If unforeseen delays exceed 14 days, we will make an announcement on our website, socials, newsletter.

5. Shipping

We ship from the United Kingdom using Evri.
Shipping is charged at checkout based on destination and weight.
Typical transit times (after dispatch):
UK 2–5 business days · EU 5–10 days · USA 10–15 days · AUS/NZ 10–20 days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Tracking details (where applicable) are emailed automatically on dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our Files are sealed, limited edition collectibles, we cannot accept returns once dispatched except in the case of defect or incorrect order. Please make sure to email first.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your File arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@oathsandobsessions.com with:
1️⃣ Clear photos of the outer packaging and the item; and
2️⃣ A description of the issue.

To preserve the secrecy of the Files and prevent resale of defective copies, we may ask you to render the damaged File unusable (for example, cut it through the centre) and send a photo of this before a replacement or refund is issued.

We will then:

Send a replacement (if stock remains), or
Issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of approval.

Opened Items
Breaking the wax seal or opening the envelope is considered acceptance of the product; once opened, it cannot be returned or refunded unless proven faulty on arrival.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. If your File’s production or dispatch is delayed by more than 14 days beyond the estimated timeframe, you may also request to cancel and receive a full refund.
To cancel, email hello@oathsandobsessions.com with your order number.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, text, and packaging are the property of Oaths & Obsessions Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
