We started Oaths & Obsessions because loving fiction this much felt a little unhinged…and completely worth celebrating. Every piece we make is a love letter to the characters who ruined us and the authors who wrote them. It’s art for people who fall too hard for characters and worlds that aren’t real and refuse to apologise for it.

The Society now safeguards these creations, transforming stories into collectible art for those who love too deeply and read too late into the night.

All Files are approved by The High Council and recorded within The Archives.

THE INQUIRY ROOM

You’ve found your way into The Inquiry Room where members’ most whispered questions are officially declassified.

  • A: A secret society devoted to romance, art, and the very real obsession we feel for fictional characters.

    We create limited edition collectible cards inspired by the romance characters we love, officially licensed and illustrated only by human artists.

    Every card is a sealed file and every obsession, recorded.

  • A: The Society is guided by The High Council : a small group of passionate readers and book collectors sworn to protect the stories, the scribes and the art.

    We oversee every file, every illustration, and every oath sworn within the Society.

    Our identities remain confidential…for now.

  • A: Yes. Every release is produced under an official agreement with the author, publisher, or rights holder.
    We believe in celebrating creators ethically and always ensure royalties are paid for each collaboration. Additionally, we don’t work with AI or unlicensed art. Our sworn illustrator brings each world to life under candlelight (and probably too much caffeine). All art is hand-drawn, guided by the Society’s creative direction.

  • A: Every File is a limited edition collectible card created to honour the characters and stories we can’t stop obsessing over. Each one is officially licensed, illustrated by a human artist, and filled with details about our favourite characters, including one secret revealed only to the Society. They are printed on 400 GSM soft-touch cardstock, designed to last with no expense spared.

    Each main character of a book will have their own card.

    The cards measure 7 × 12 cm. Each File is packaged with care and arrives sealed to preserve its mystery.

    The Files feature foil detailing, some of them with Spot UV or embossed seals.

    Handle with care. Obsess responsibly.

  • Once a File is sealed and sold out, it’s archived permanently.

  • A: Each File is crafted with care and precision, and production typically takes 6–8 weeks from the time of approval. Every stage — illustration, proofing, printing, and finishing — is handled manually to ensure the final result feels worthy of the Archives.

  • A: All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom with global dispatch. The Society has international clearance.
    UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders depend on customs (typically 1–3 weeks). You’ll receive tracking as soon as your file leaves the vault.

  • A: Swear your oath (join our newsletter) to receive early access, drop alerts, and secret previews. Follow us on Instagram too, @oathsandobsessions.


  • A: Absolutely. We love new oaths. Contact us through the Summon Us page or email hello@oathsandobsessions.com. Include your book info, and we’ll open a new file for review.

  • A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll open a replacement investigation file. The Society takes care of its members. However, you will be asked to destroy The File if we send you a new one.

  • A: Because our products are limited edition, printed on demand collectibles, we can only accept returns if there’s a defect or shipping issue. Please contact us before sending anything back.

  • A: We know, we went overboard with the Society puns and rituals…but we love it. It’s what makes Oaths & Obsessions feel alive: part myth, part fandom, all heart.

    We’re also far too deep into the lore now and you’re officially part of it :)
