We create limited edition collectible cards inspired by the romance characters we love, officially licensed, illustrated only by human artists and printed with foil finishing.

Every card is a sealed file and every obsession, recorded.

A: The Society is guided by The High Council : a small group of passionate readers and book collectors sworn to protect the stories, the scribes and the art.

We oversee every file, every illustration, and every oath sworn within the Society.

Our identities remain confidential…for now.

A: Yes. Every release is produced under an official agreement with the author, publisher, or rights holder.
We believe in celebrating creators ethically and always ensure royalties are paid for each collaboration. Additionally, we don’t work with AI or unlicensed art. Our sworn illustrator brings each character to life under candlelight (and probably too much caffeine). All art is drawn, guided by The High Council’s creative direction.

A: Every File is a limited edition collectible card created to honour the characters and stories we can’t stop obsessing over. Each one is officially licensed, illustrated by a human artist, and filled with details about our favourite characters. They are printed on 700 GSM soft-touch cardstock, designed to last with no expense spared and packed with care.

Each main character of a book will have their own card.

The cards measure 7 × 12 cm.

The Files feature foil detailing and painted edges.

The High Council understands that some Initiates travel far across the globe.
To ease the burden of international shipping costs, up to 3 (three) sets per order are permitted. Requests beyond this will be flagged as… suspicious activity in the Archives.

Once a File is sealed and sold out, it’s archived permanently.

A: Each File is crafted with care and precision, and production typically takes 6–8 weeks from the time of approval. Every stage — illustration, proofing, printing, and finishing — is handled manually to ensure the final result feels worthy of the Archives.

A: All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom with global dispatch. The Society has international clearance.
UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders depend on customs (typically 1–3 weeks). You’ll receive tracking as soon as your file leaves the vault.

Many countries charge VAT or customs duties on imported goods. These fees are set by your local government, not by Oaths & Obsessions.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

A: Absolutely. We love new oaths. Contact us through the Summon Us page or email hello@oathsandobsessions.com. Include your book info, and we’ll open a new file for review.

A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll open a replacement investigation file. The Society takes care of its members. However, you will be asked to destroy The File if we send you a new one.

A: Because our products are limited edition, printed on demand collectibles, we can only accept returns if there’s a defect or shipping issue. Please contact us before sending anything back.

A: We know, we went overboard with the Society puns and rituals…but we love it. It’s what makes Oaths & Obsessions feel alive: part myth, part fandom, all heart.
