Orders shipped to the EU and Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please ensure you check your email (including spam/junk folders) for customs payment notifications from Royal Mail to avoid delivery delays or returns. Unpaid customs fees may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by the courier. Returned orders will be refunded for the item price only.
